Our quality commitment

We have chosen to breed porks in accordance to traditional methods as it was done in the ancient times. They are born and they grow up in the farm. They are mainly fed with cereals that are produced in our farm. After one year, their weight reach about 180 kg. Their growing is slower than in some modern farms, but their meat is then firmer and more tasteful and gourmets appreciate.

We prepare our specialties in an workshop at European norms. Thus, we can ensure our clients that quality standards are met from the beginning to the end. In our recipes, we only add salt and pepper to the meat what guarantees, as it was traditionally done in farm recipes in the past. Don't look for any preservative or any artificial colorings ; there aren't any !
