Jerome Pierlovisi - A Muresca

Jerome Pierlovisi lives in Cutuli e Curtichjatu (Corsica) since 1988. In top of being a Corsican deli, he decided to breed himself his own Corsican pigs and to produce his own chestnuts.
The rationale of these choices ?
I thus have a total grip on evrey step of the preparation of Corsican specialties. I can then guarantee my customers the quality of the products they buy !
