Accent d’Oc, cooking with a southern accent

Accent d'Oc is the story of my life. My name is Marie. I was born in Burgundy. I have always been a cooking lover. I have met Jean-Noel 15 years ago. Born in Languedoc, he worked in a advertising agency in Paris. I felt in love with both Jean-Noel and his native Languedoc. I then started to learn cooking in a languedocian way, made my first tapenades and quickly created my own recipes...

Jean-Noel left Paris to give a new start to his old family house. With my brother, we opened in 2002 a first gourmet shop in Narbonne and started to make our own products in Capestang close to the Canal du Midi.

Our recipes are inspired by the languedocian gastronomical culture and by the pleasure we have to taste and try different associations of tastes. Some of these recipes were even granted great awards (Hérault Gourmand, Gault&Millau). It is now your turn to make your own idea on our products.
