La Chaiseronne ? It is a long story that started in the early eighties in Normandy. Jean-Luc Blandin was quite inspired when he had the idea to prepare traditional recipes from Normandy with a high level quality policy and a strict meat tracking process. At that time, that was not quite usual but the nineties proved he was on the right track. The brand was named " Les Marmites d'Augustine " (Augustine' saucepans) in memory of his grandmother who inspired the recipes.
