The Bernoux farm in Correze

Located close to the Dordogne valley, the farm belongs to our family for at least 6 generations. We have always bred milk-fed veals and cultivated cereals and vegetables at small scale. In the past years, the evolutions of the modern agriculture have led many of others small farms to close around us. To survive and keep alive our family farm, we have chosen to convert ourselves to organic farming and to launch a production of Quercy saffron and Perigord nuts.
