I make my spit cakes on demand. Place your order online and as soon as I get it, I will make your spit cake and send it directly to you. It will be as fresh as possible. You have to eat it within 2 weeks.

If you come to Severac le Château (Aveyron, South of France), you can meet me on the local market. You can also drop by the farm but it is better to call before you come. And if you want to discover our nice region, you can stop at the Seguin farm guesthouses close to our farm. They will make you taste their Pitchoun, a succulent ewe milk - home made cheese.
