Olive oil with truffle

The truffle gives its complex and subtle flavours to the olive oil by maceration. It can be used as a plain olive oil in all your preparations. For example in mashed potatoes, on pasta and, of course, in salad dressings for unforgettable recipes.

Truffenade

Made with truffle, olive and mushroom, the Truffenade will be delicate on toast. So, it exhales the Provence perfumes in your parties. It is an exclusivity of the Truffières de Rabasse. It can be used in purées, stuffings, with roast potatoes or steamed vegetables.

Truffle balsamic vinegar from Modena

It is a real trufle which macerates in the vinegar to give its flavours.
