The company history

The whole story started in 1991 in LePuy en Velay, where every year is organised the Renaissance Festival of the "King of the Bird". Of course, the Hypocras has to gush forth. So I started to prepare this delicate drink following the original recipe of Guillaume Tirel Taillevent, King Charles VII's Chief.

Being successfull, I started l'Espaviote, today supplier of the prestigious Medieval festivals such as Provins, Puy du Fou, Vannes or Carcassonne events.….
Within a few years, the quality of my products were recognised.
