Since the creation of the canning factory, we always tried to propose traditional and family recipes. We always give the priority to local mediterranean recipes with for instance the setoise rockfish soup, the setoise rouille, the setoise-stuffed squids and mussels. We have made the choice of natural recipes with natural ingredients (and without any preservative). We cook our products in the traditional Mediterranean way and that is the key of their quality.

Our mediterranean recipes have gained over the years a strong reputation for their quality. Our products are regularly distinguished in the Herault-Gourmand gourmet contest.
