My quality commitments

We choose carefully the different ingredients we use to prepare our specialties. We have adopted a "Quality Charter" that lists our different commitments. The main points are the following ones:
- We prepare our recipes in a workshop at european norms, what garantees the compliance with a comprehensive set of hygienic rules.
- Our products are made only from "mulard" (male) duck meat coming from a local duck breeder. The ducks are bred free range during 14 weeks (what is about 3 weeks more than what is commonly done).

- Ducks are forcefed during 15 days only with whole corn coming from the South-West of France.
- We prepare our products within 7 hours following the killing of the ducks. This garantees to the products a special taste that gourmets appreciate.

We prepare our whole foie gras ourselves by hands.
And, of course, we don't use any colouring nor any preservative in the preparing of our specialties.
