Since 1971, the Comptoir Colonial is a well known address in Paris for those who like good spices and overseas products. We were one of the first companies to import exotic fruits and overseas products to Paris.

We have even discovered new spices. For instance the today famous pink pepper used to be considered as a poison before we proved 30 years ago that it was not only safe but also a tasty spice.

Our clients like good fresh spices. To let them taste the best of every spice, we have imagined and produced a new type of spice mill with a mechanism in ceramics. More recently, we have launched a new set of rare oils and vinegars sprays. So doing, we give you all the keys to become a chef !
