Aunt Claire cookies

Ingredients: 350g of softened butter, 300g of fair or russet-red cane sugar, 50g of cinnamon aromatized sugar, 2 eggs, 350g of flour, 200g of chocolate nuggets, 1 small bag of yeast, 1 pinch of salt.

Preparation: work the softened butter with sugar until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Incorporate eggs, the flour and then the yeast. Mix until obtaining a smooth and flexible paste (but not liquid). Add the chocolate nuggets and mix. Put some pieces of paste enough spaced on an anti-adhesive plate or a buttered aluminum paper sheet.

Cooking: preheat your oven to 175°C (TH=6) then let your cookies during 10 to 12 minutes to 175°C. Let them cool and then protect them preciously...

"Diablo" grilled-meats

At the end of the cooking dust your grilled-meats - pork ribs or spines, slices of mutton leg or lamb shoulders - with Diablo sugar.
