We choose the name Quai Sud to make you think of the ancient navy merchant ships which left to be supplied in the South Seas and brought back to Europe unknown and marvellous products.

Coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or New Guinea, sugars from Mauritius or Madagascar, cocoa from the best African soils... so much authentic flavours which we invite you to discover.

Mixers of flavours

The new flavours are by us, source of inspiration. It is what led us to gradually develop an aromatized sugar range. Coconut sugar with exotic perfume is a mixture of the wisest. Sugar cinnamon is exceptional to perfume hot chocolates and tarts tatins. We recommend you the Diablo Sugar at the end of the cooking to caramelize your meats or fish...

Didi you know too that the coffee can be served during the meal? It was the idea of some modern great chiefs.
