To become a vine-grower : my old dream...

In 1985 my childish dream comes true : to create my own vintage from fallow lands. The field spreads over 17 hectares. I have planted Chardonnay vintages and set up a vinification using the last technologies to create the Azenay Domaine.

The qualitative process set up has rapidly been awarded by 5 gold medals already won since the first millésime was set up in 1988 and by some numerous awards in some competitions in France as well as abroad.

Recipes from authentic products

Born in l'Ain, I have always been sensitive to the good products from our soil to start with the Bresse chicken of course or frogs legs from the Dombes, to only talk about local specialties.

In my recipes I only use products well-known for their quality, fresh, sometimes organic ones or even benefiting from an origine controlée label. I like to take my time to select every ingredients, compare flavours and producing methods.
