Our vineyard

A domaine with various reliefs...

Our domaine is spread over 70 hectares. The relief and geology are really various. The diversity of our soils enables us to cultivate numerous vintages.

... and diverse vintages.

Aware of our diversity, 30 years ago we engaged in a variated and of quality policy of making wine.

The mediteranean types of wine :

• The Syrah and its violet robe, its black-currant aromas and spices
• The Mourvedre with tannins of great quality.
• The Grenache really sweety and fruity.
• The Cinsault that brings freshness and fruity tastes to wines.
• The Muscat with its particular taste.

Well-known all around the world :

• The Cabernet Sauvignon, excellent, rich and wide strong bouquet.
• The Merlot which leads to mellow, rich and fruity wines.
• The Chardonnay a real success in Languedoc.
• The Sauvignon fruity and refreshing.
• The Ugni Blanc, long-lived.

In order to priviledge the quality of our wines, all our vintages in our domaine are vintaged separately.
