A reasoned vine-making

Respecting the environment ...

I like to speak with the specialists of the culture of the vine. Each one has its small secrets but I remain open to new ideas. I take part to the Grouping Studies and to the Follow-up of the Soils (GEST) which is an association of vine growers. We are willing to develop new techniques to better nourish the vine. We thus replace for example manures by adapted composts to each piece of soil. That makes it possible to implement a reasoned vine growing more respecting the nature.

Traditional vine-growing methods

The key words that guide us are the respect, complicity, confidence and division. The quality of a wine depends on the attentions that the vine grower devotes to it. All our wines have their own personality. We privilege the short stay in barrels and longer breedings to reach harmonious balances. Our wines age in barrels but we pay attention to the wood to never be dangerous for them...
