All about my organic jams

100% organic products !

I run my farm in accordance with the principles of Organic Farming. I am personnally involved in every task from the trimming of th trees, to the gathering of the fruits and of course tha making of my jams.

More than 30 different corsican jams

the amount of work to be done depends strongly of the season. Fortunately, I know that my husband and children will come and give a hand when I am in a rush. I have chosen to have many species of fruit trees in small quantities instead of a small number of species in bigger quantities ! So doing, I can prepare more than 30 different Corsican jams. I propose some very classic jams (apricot, cherry, raspberry, lemon, plum, ...) to some more surprising ones (white fig, orange jam with spices,...).

The Paris Jam Fair

I love things well done ! That is one of the reason why I got the Jury's special prize during the last Paris Jam Fair. I now invite you to discover some of my best jams.
