Established in 1962 by Antonio Tomas, the company grows rice in Sollana, region of Valencia, near the Natural Park of Albufera. This rice, ecologically-certified by the Ecological Agriculture Committee has been praised for its quality by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Board in 2009 and marketed in Spain and in many countries worldwide.

"Arroz de Valencia" Antonio Tomas’rices benefit from the Spanish equivalent of the AOC (Denominació d’Origen). Thus, they are recognised as the best ones for the preparation of Mediterranean dishes such as paella or rice in ink : Valencian rice captures all the flavors of the meal without sticking.
