Since I took over the family farm, we work to promote ancient and forgotten fruits, plants or vegetables. They were commonly eaten in the past and have almost disappeared today. Taste them and you will discover forgotten flavors...

We also take care of our environment. For many years, we haven't been using any chemical fertilizers, nor any pesticides.

We also prepare ourselves our fruits and vegetables to ensure a total quality of our products.

The Plant Conservatoire from Aquitaine

We developped our orchad in full cooperation with the Plant Conservatoire from Aquitaine.

This conservatoire gathers old varieties of apples, pears, cherries, plums and other old fruits and vegetables.
