Making foie gras in Dordogne

A family business...

With my brother, we launched this business in 1968. We are at 45 minutes far from Périgueux.

We have a growing number of enthusiastic customers, so we progressively develop our business. We currently have 10 people working with us. Our top priority is still to produce a traditional foie gras with duck and goose bred in Aquitaine - Midi-Pyrénées !
