Quality farming

Traditional methods...

Our fields and orchards are located around Ispagnac. We take advantage of the local Mediterranean micro-climate. We also have few hectares on the Causse where the fruits ripen later.

We take care of our natural environment. On a same land, we will successively farm different kind of plants (cereals then lucerne or clovers) in order to protect and enrich it. We always choose environmentally sound techniques to limit the inputs of chemicals and pesticides.

We also sow green fertilizers (wheat or rye) under fruit trees. Buried in the soil during spring, they will bring to fruit trees nitrogenous nutriments. It enables to limit the use of fertilizers.

Varies and natural productions...

We produce asparagus (spring), salads, strawberries (may-october), raspberries, melons, apples, plums, grapes, pumpkins, quinces and also peaches and apricots which are in the region.

To be exhaustive, we also pick red fruits in the neighboring countryside and bitter apples of different shapes and colors that always please our clients.
