An old recipe ...

We only use fruits and vegetables coming from Provence for our jams. We select the best ones, when they are really mature ! There are at least 55% of fruits or vegetables in our jams and confits.

Our jams are made in copper cauldrons on a small scale (we don't transform more than 5kg of fruits in the same time). We cook them with entire fruits or pieces of fruits according to the jams.

The rest of our recipes remains secret. That is probably the best way to keep to our jams their magic touch...

We not only mix different fruits but you also try to match their tastes and so doing, reach the perfect balance of flavors. In each of our recipes, we do our best to bring out the flavor of every fruits.
