Six generations, one passion

In 1833, in the heart of the Enclave des Pepes in Provence, Joseph Bédouin set up a business making products from locally-produced almonds, lime blossom, apricots, and cherries.

The following generations of the Boudier family decided to specialise in the production of almonds. Whole, powdered, flaked or crushed, all their different varieties of almond became the products of choice for the bakers, pastry chefs, ice-cream makers and nougat-makers in Provence.

Ever since 1997 the company has specialised in the production of biscuits, yet remains faithful to its almond-producing tradition of generations past.

The specialities of the Biscuiterie de Provence are produced according to traditional methods, always in accordance with the latest regulations. Their recipes are made from high-quality natural ingredients which have been rigorously selected, and are free from colourings and preservatives.
