Jams

Our jams are made with fruits bought from local producers. They are called "extra jam", meaning that we use at least 45g of fruit for 100g of jam.

Our jams are only made with fruits and white cane sugar without additives.We sort and peel our fruits manually and we keep only the noble part of the fruits.

We cook our jams in small quantities in a cauldron to guarantee the quality and homogeneity of our products .

We put the jams in jars manually in order to better respect the fruits.

Honeys

Our honeys come mainly from beehives located in Provence. Some specific honeys (orange tree or lemon tree honeys ...) come from beehives located in Spain. We put the honey in pots at the temperature of the beehive in order to keep it all its physical and taste properties.
