Since 1946, Maison d'Armorine is known for its traditional know-how and recipes. It is today one of the last traditional confectionery in Brittany.

Salt butter and the Guérande salt, a natural sea product, are still used to make toffee.

Niniches, a specialty of Maison d'Armorine
 
The Niniches is a special kind of lollypop typical to Quiberon. It is made from a mix of natural cane sugar and glucose.

We then add fresh butter and milk for the toffee niniches or a natural fruit flavor for the 28 fruit Niniches.

This recipe is today referenced in the French national culinary heritage register.

An irresistible color
 
The mix once cooked, is stretched on a hook during a few minuts to give it a satin texture. After this operation, the mix has a fascinating pearly color.
