Raymond & Yvonne Audebert

Maison d'Armorine was created in 1946 in Quiberon by Raymond Audebert, my grandfather. He invented the niniches recipe, specialty which is now referenced in the French national culinary heritage register, such as the salidou, salt butter toffee.

The quality of our products relies on the quality of the ingredients we use (cane sugar, Brittany salt butter, Guérande salt) and on a few making process secrets (copper cauldrons...) that are passed down generation after generation.
