The free, guided tour takes place on a walkway overlooking the workshops and this enables perfect visualisation of the various stages in the sweet's manufacturing process.

Free tours take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM for groups of more than 20 people. We invite you to contact Brigitte Herlin before you come to organise your visit.

The museum dedicated to the bêtises from Cambrai
 
The Museum was established to tell the story of the speciality and cover the major stages of its existence. It is located within the factory and can be visited.

In it, you will find antique engravings, medals, diplomas, period boxes which are now collectors' pieces and period confectionery equipment which belonged to the apprentice Emile AFCHAIN.
