A 100% natural candy
 
The Bêtise is a beaten (pulled) drop, delicately flavoured with Mitcham mint, with a strip of caramel applied to sweeten the taste.

Containing only sugar, glucose and mint essence, the Bêtise is a totally natural sweet.

A caramel and mint-flavored sweet
 
Pulled sugar is made by under vacuum cooking of a blend of 60% sugar and 40% glucose syrup.

The mixture is then firmly pulled in a beater, absorbing microscopic air bubbles and becoming white. During this pulling, the flavouring is added: a fine mint harvested on Mitcham plants.

A stripe of unbeaten caramelised sugar is then added, making the flavour more specific and less sharp.
