Fruit jams... it is very common ! And fruits in syrup sounds kind of old-fashioned. We were looking for something more modern and original, some new fruity recipes for fruity days. We have then decided to follow this way to match fruits and spices and create new mix of flavors ...

I am a nutritionist... Cider vinegar is a very healthy vinegar and it brings a sweet acidulous flavor to fruits. We thus have decided to use it in many of our recipes.

We had to create new matches for every fruits taking into account their own taste, and their characterictics (degree of humidity ...). We have tested many fruits and spices combinations, different proportions, different cooking ways to get the best matches. It is a very rewarding process. You progressively create new flavors. There is no frontier. We felt like pioneers !

Our recipes are the result of this process. We particularly want to thank our friends and customers who give us their constant feedback and allow us to fine tune each recipe.

At one point of time, a recipe reachs its optimum, the perfect equilibrium point where each ingredient give its best. at that stage, a name usually comes to your mind... our callypiges pears, our 5 spices flavored peaches or even our sun-dried tomatoes fully deserve theirs names.
