Mackerel & Herring

If you like sea products, this heading will allow you to discover two great fishes : the mackerel and the herring. The mackerel, a relatively small fish, lives in the Mediterranean sea or in the Atlantic ocean, in deep seas and is fished during spring or summer. The herring lives in shoal in all the seas. It is particularly appreciated in Scandinavia.
Our products come from Brittany, and are prepared according to a great tradition that respects the delicacy of these fishes.
