Presentation : the mutton stew is a stewed lamb accompanied with early vegetables : carotts, onions, turnips. The lamb meat roasted is cooked with a vegetable sauce. .

The chief tip : warm up again the mutton stew in a stew-pan during 15 minutes at slow fire and serve with rice or mushrooms and a red wine like the Côte Rôtie domaine "La Sarrasine" 2000 or a Crozes Hermitage 2001.
