Hawthorne brandy is an aperitif prepared in accordance with a traditional recipe.

Wild fruits are gathered in autumn. Crushed fruits are put in a vat where they will ferment for several weeks. Then, the must takes a very nice amber color.

Young, the églantine des Causses will bring you flavors of wild rose flowers. A little older, the églantine des Causses will recall apple and walnut flavors.
