Presentation : brocciu is a fresh Corsican cheese prepared with goat or ewe milk. It has been produced in Corsica for many centuries, and is generally eaten cold.

Ventru salad : on a bed of salad, serve the ventru accompanied by toasted slices of bread. You can also accompany this salad with chestnuts.

Other serving suggestions : Heat in a pan and serve sliced with grilled apples. Warm ventru can also be accompanied by small potatoes.

Composition : pork lean, fat, stomach and blood, brocciu (10%), natural flavours, seasonings, salt, pepper.
