Nero sepia pasta is a traditional recipe from Southern Italy. It is made with cuttle-fish black ink, which gives it a rather lovely black colour and a subtle flavour of the sea.

Nero sepia is best served simply with olive oil, prawns or crayfish on a white plates.

Composition : durum wheat semolina of higher quality, black of sepia (3%).
