Nero sepia pasta is a traditional recipe from Southern Italy. It is made with cuttle-fish black ink. They have a nice black color and a tasty sea flavor.

Nero sepia has a nice shell-fish taste. Serve them with drops of olive oil, prawns or crayfish on a white plate !

Composition : durum wheat semolina of higher quality, black of sepia (3%).
