Recipe idea : roasted veal with pears - cook onion slices, add the veal meat with pear juice from the jar and some water. Cover and cook for about an hour per kilogram. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking, add pear quarters. Cut the roasted veal. Reduce the juice with cream. Cover the roasted veal with the juice and serve with fresh pasta.
