A Champagne that associates lightness and smoothness.
Tasting : heritated from the pinot noir wine that perfectly goes well with the chardonnay. This balance leads to an incroyable light and fine Champagne, ideal for apéritif...
Assemblage and vinification : to produce this Champagne the grapes are selected among the last vintages of the best vineyards 1st vintage of the Cumières. The vinification is exclusively made of aok "foudres" and only from "têtes de cuvées".
Vine-plants : chardonnay (80%) and black pinot (20%).
Aging : usually 8 to 10 years.
Alcohol abuse is bad for your health. Consume with moderation.
Composition : Champagne (chardonnay and pinot noir)
