A fresh and delicious wine...
Qualities of the year 2000 : a very full-blown wine with aroma of white flowers, pear, butter, caramel, dense and slightly sustained by the grilled flavours of wood. A concentrate of Chardonnay... and butter ! The mouth keeps a caracteristical vivacity of the year with an amazing corpulence getting better with time.
Origins : This wine comes from an exceptional soil (Upper Turonien ). Vines are 46 years old, cultivated without weed-killers neither pesticides. Vintage are manual. A small yield (11 hl per hectare), the breeding in oak tun and the know-how of Ampelidae house make the difference...
Arrangement with : fried scallop, cheese souffle, salmons, puff paste, plum pies...
The excess of alcohol is dangerous for health. Drink it temperately.
