King of Italian pasta
Spaghetti. If pasta had a King, it would be spaghetti. Martelli spaghetti made in Lari close to Pisa and is produced on a small scale according to traditional methods. It is best served when cooked to "al dente" so that is retains a little bite.
The best recipe is the easiest to prepare : gently fry garlic in olive oil and stir through cooked spaghetti. Serve hot with some fresh grated parmesan.
