The first time we tasted these olives, we were really surprised and couldnot stop eating them. Olives are traditionally soften in pickle baths to reduce their bitterness. They are then preserved in a salted water mix.

Try to imagine the unique taste and consistence of olives that are preserved in pure olive oil...
