This olive oil comes directly from the Ligurian Riviera. Olive trees are there planted on terraces located between hills and the Mediterranean sea. This oil has a nice green-yellow color.

The origin of this olive oil is guaranteed by an origin label. It has a powerful but subtle taste with some dry fruits notes.

In Italy, this sauce is used to prepared the famous Pesto sauce from Gênes. Connoisseurs can also used it for the cooking of fishes, meats, pasta or vegetables.
