The innovation „praliné“ stems from a chef who in 1663 created in Regensburg a sweet of dates and chocolate specially for the Duke Choiseul from the house of the Counts of Plessis-Praslin. He also named it „Praslin“ after him. Our Truffles & Pralinés stand out by virtue of their extremely soft and creamy fillings, which melt with exquisite delicacy. They are coated with a thin layer of chocolate or arranged in addition in layers and decorated delicately by hand. Noble fillings – with and without alcohol, or compositions out of home-made nougat of Piemonte hazelnuts are finely matched and processed with care. Our Truffles & Pralinés combine culinary quality and craft precision to make small works of art which can be enjoyed in one or two bites.
