Enjoy the original marriage of flavours: a delicious mix of crème brûlée flavoured with a sweet duck foie gras, lifted by a touch of balsamic vinegar... Gourmet heaven!
Firstly remove the cover, bake the crème brulée for 7 minutes at 180°C. Savour it warm with some toasted ginger bread pieces.
Water, duck foie gras 20%, butter (milk), whole egg, milk proteins, caramel (sugar, water), sugar, balsamic vinegar 0.5%, figs, salt, Armagnac, pepper, preservatives: sodium nitrite , antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
