This organic melting cocoa powder is made with Sambirano cocoa from Madagascar. Sambirano cocoa is a blend of the finest Criollo and Trinitario cocoa-nibs. It gives to this cocoa powder an exceptionnal softness. Its percentage of cocoa butter (at least 20-22% of cocoa fat) gives it an incomparable taste without any bitterness.

Hot chocolate recipe : take 100g of cocoa powder, add 80g of sugar, and progressively pour 1/2 litre of cold water or milk while slowly mixing. Then, heat slowly without boiling... Serve hot.
