This honey is produced by a group of beekeepers from Pont de Montvert in Lozère right in the middle of the National Park of the Cévennes. This delicacy is made of a honey couli on crunchy hazelnuts and may be appreciated on a slice of bread or for the real lovers, directly using a spoon.

Composition : Mountain honey 60%, walnuts 40%.
