Composition :
Sauce (water, sweet white wine, onions, cream, foie gras 4%, processed corn starch, poultry stock, duck fat, shallot, Armagnac 1%, sugar, flavourings(gluten, soy), salt, pepper, thyme, laurel) duck wing confit 28%, potatoes, black grapes.
