Natural fruit purée

Lots and lots of fruit and just a little sugar, and that's all. That's all that you will find in this brilliantly practical bag of fruit purée, which we think is utterly perfect for puddings, ice cream, smoothies, fruit mousses, cocktails and summery drinks. The fruit is pasteurised via a rapid heat treatment before being packed into supple, sachet-style bags, thus ensuring that all the goodness of the fruit is preserved and allowing the finished product a long life span.
