La Sablésienne is one of our favourite bakeries and these traditional butter shortbread biscuits are simply divine. This version includes the addition of generous amounts of crunchy almonds. A real flavour of Brittany.
Composition : Wheat flour, sugar, fresh butter 22.8%, almonds 13.7%, skimmed milk powder, eggs, salt, baking powder : sodium bicarbonate.
