These crunchy, fruity, oaty biscuits are entirely organic and made by one of our favourite bakeries. We find the story of how the recipe came about particularly charming, since we at BienManger have a taste for historical romance. Legend has it that the Marquise de Sable presented a plate of little biscuits to the brother of the King of France. So taken with the lady's gift was the prince, that he ordered the Royal baker to prepare a plate of them every morning. Madame la Marquise made her name, as did the biscuits, which became known as Sables, and everyone lived happily ever after (well, until tea time was over, anyway).

Composition : Wheat flour, muesli 19.9%, golden cane sugar, non hydrogenated vegetable fat, malt syrup, eggs, bicarbonate of ammonium, salt, natural organic vanilla flavouring, powdered skimmed milk
