La Sablésienne is one of our favourite biscuit makers. We appreciate their use of simple ingredients and good, old-fashioned recipes. These spelt biscuits, with their delicious tang of real orange, are entirely organic, so you can enjoy them with a clear(ish) conscience.

Composition : Spelt flour 3.5%, golden cane sugar, non hydrogenated vegetable fat, wheat flour, oat flakes, sesame seeds, orange peel 5%, malt syrup, eggs, natural orange flavouring, bicarbonate of soda, salt, milk powder
