The famous rose from Provins was brought back from Syria in 1234 by Thibault IV of Brie and Champagne. Rose-flavored products from Provins soon became very famous in local, national and even regional trade fairs, where they were appreciated for their subtle taste but also for their medical virtues.
Composition : Sirop de glucose, sugar, apple pulp, stabilisant : sorbitol, rose flavouring, acidifiant : acide citrique.
